Over a span of 1 year, we’re conducting comprehensive training for 20 Community Midwife Assistants in the Bari region of Puntland, Somalia. This program receives funding from the DRC Diaspora Projects, specifically the DIPS Project, executed by KRDO Somalia. This initiative aims to empower local healthcare by equipping these individuals with essential skills and resources crucial for maternal and child health support within the community.

This project focuses on the strategic allocation and distribution of essential medical equipment and functional furniture to healthcare facilities and institutions in need. By providing vital medical tools and quality furniture, this initiative aims to enhance the efficiency and comfort of healthcare environments, ultimately improving the quality of care and support for patients and healthcare providers alike.
